WANT, WHO YOU NEED TO BE TO

Q: Why am I not owning what I really want?

I have my Limited Beliefs, I make lower Targets, I


play safe and am risk-averse. I feel I am leading A
DUAL LIFE. I enjoy home-life more than
professional life- doing laundry, housekeeping,
tidying up tables/chairs/cleaning fans/kitchen-
keeping/shopping for home decor. Being a
housekeeper/homemaker gives more
satisfaction/contentment than WORKPLACE
although I am physically more active and mentally
more rejuvenated on workdays/days I go to office
rather than am at Home.

Q: Where am I playing small and shrinking in


my life?

I am unable to do the balancing act of Work-Life


Balance and land up giving more priority to home
than work.

Q: Who do I need to be and what do I need


to Believe about myself to receive what I
want?
In order to receive what I want I need to
be more responsive to the needs of the
Department/students/colleagues and feel
less taken for granted due to more years
of service at the workplace; increase
more SELF-LOVE in work actions.
