EVA Compounding Plant Shift Report

1. Objective:
The purpose of this report is to provide information about the upcoming shift of the EVA
compounding plant to Hall No-7 and its associated benefits.

2. Background:
Our company currently has an EVA compounding plant that is located at a considerable distance
from our other production plants, causing delays in material handling and transportation. In addition,
the plant is currently using WAPDA and generator power sources, and we have recently installed a
solar power generation system that can be used to run the plant. We have also identified that the
distance between the plant and the raw material store is significant, leading to increased
transportation costs and time. Therefore, we have decided to shift the plant to Hall No-7, which is
closer to the raw material store and other production plants.

3. Benefits:
 Reduced transportation time and costs: By shifting the plant closer to the raw material store,
we can reduce transportation time and costs.
 Increased efficiency: The solar power generation system installed at Hall No-7 will improve
the efficiency of the plant, leading to increased productivity and lower operating costs.
 Space for expansion: The new location provides more space for future expansion and capacity
increases, allowing for the installation of new machines.
