 To introduce the plastics extrusion wire coating process and to examine the influence of

some process variables on the process efficiency and some properties of PVC coated

copper wire.

Weight balance.

PVC formulation and copper wire. Report material type, grade, and manufacturer.

 Temp set of different zone

As there was different temperature w.r.t zone as the temperate of compression zone is 160 oC and

the temperature of metering zone is 165 oC and 173 oC.

6. Results and Discussion:

Conclusion:
Wire coating is a manufacturing process for production of coated wire. From the above results .
we can conclude that, High molecule weight and high temperature cause a decreasing of the
elongational viscosity.
