she has all the knowledge of stand mixer operating but still needs to be care full while assembling because that is the cruial
part if they are not assembled well an accidend can happen.

He is now able to operate salamender by his own and can assemble the parts easily but still needs to check the opertaing

capacity is required to learn

This coaching will increase the efficiency of washing dishes in dishwasher. this will improve the perfomance by cleaning od
dishes properly if setting them on rack in a good manner.
Overall feedback on performance/ recommendations for further training:
she is very good in handeling dishwashing now but still needs to learn more about the correct temperature setting on the
correct timings so that dishwasher can wash the dishes properly.

Further training is required if new methods of cooking will be introduced for dishes.. require to get knowlege of all methods
from the upgraded recepies and trained chef.

By this training she will be able to cook the food with efficient methods of cooking. Presentation skills are now more
professional through which she can present the menu in front of customers with basic languages.
Overall feedback on performance/ recommendations for further training:
she has fantastic knowledge of cooking of indian dishes but needs to know more knowledge of ingredients use in cooking.
That can be improve by reading ingredients lists which is use for cooking.
