a) Proper inventory and match needs of both students and faculty members of the
facilities, like rooms, laboratories, related equipment, internet, food sources
and dormitories or basic security and safety of habitational places;
b) Creation of Committee on Program Enhancement (formerly as approved by
the BOR as amalgamation plans), who will do the appropriate survey, feasible
plans and implementation of program transfer;
c) Protocol process of consultation with faculty, students, parents and concerned
stakeholders, and the LGU/BLGU, in order to address the issues and lay out
the plans with transparency; and
d) As a civilly obedient constituent of the University, we are all amenable and
positively agree on the possible change, but we have to lay down the positive
and not so agreeable terms so as to do the calculated risks assessment to have
our progressive actions towards the general welfare of all.
