The meeting covered updates on a book being published for parish volunteers, plans for BEC-SHeG formation, and discussions around the CHARIS Livelihood Center. It was agreed that the book content would not change and watermarking/agreements would prevent unauthorized copying. Fifteen copies would be produced for distribution to parish leaders who completed formation. Capacity assessments and educational trips were also mentioned for volunteers. For CHARIS, a general assembly was suggested to discuss re-electing officers and center operations like services and marketing.

Everybody agreed that the book to be released would be “as-is,” meaning
that the book content would be the same as what was being taught to the parish volunteers. It was planned out beforehand that the output would be in book-bind form. Joemil Marc P. Pardo and Mary Christine Arbole’s final layout design will still be used. Each one decided that the book will be used only for the Relief and Rehabilitation Unit office and the RRU trained parish volunteers and not to be handed over to the parish priest. It was suggested that safekeeping will be done by the RRU office to prevent creating copies, a watermark shall be placed in every pages, and an agreement must be done with the volunteers, preventing reproduction g=to be given to anyone who has not joined the Extraordinary-Missionary Formation Course with the RRU. Each parish (who underwent the formation course) are to be given one copy of the said book, to be given to their leaders. RRU will produce fifteen copies.

Leo mentioned about the possibility of re-election of officers in the CHARIS
livelihood center. The concern was answered that a general assembly must be done. All members of the beneficiaries of CHARIS must discuss on matters such as: mitigation, services, and marketing.
