Problem Statement

1. The challenge’s encountered by the existing system serve as A major


drawback to the realization of efficiency and customer satisfaction. The
experience of ordering healthy food is not pleasant for the customers.
Customers will have to wait for their order as the same delivery guy
deliver others food packages.

2. To keep track of all orders and deliveries is bit hard to manage.

3. The customers cannot able to see the ingredients in food item which they
want to order . They only see that after ordering that item.

4. Customer have to go and order your meal daily from site or app i.e. no
subscription plans and one time menu selection option is available in
existing online food ordering system.
Objectives

 Ease in ordering – The main aim of the website is to provide food


ordering easily without any kind of disruption between the customer and
the restaurant or the café. Ordering via phone call or text can be frustrating
for the customers most of the times. This is where the food ordering
website comes in place and eases the ordering process.

 Minimize time utilization – The website is really helpful in ordering


without any time wastage as the user can search for the items quickly and
order it.

 Providing multiple Payment Methods – Online payments are used


widely nowadays, so the user will get many payment options like – UPI,
Wallet, Card or net banking. The app is powered by Paytm Payment
Gateway, so the transactions are 100% secured and hence, the user can
pay without any hesitation.

 Deliver Healthy and Nutritional Food – To deliver delicious , healthy


and nutritional food at affordable prices is our main objective as of we
provide our customer with best then only they visit us again and again .

 Attracting new customers and Building brand image – The website


will help widely in creating a brand image and thus resulting in having
more new customers.
Introduction

A healthy and nutritional food ordering website for all devices which helps user in
ordering food of their choice on subscription basis. The website targets usual
customers who are fitness freaks, gym guys and for them who suffering from
some common disease like diabetes, cancer, hairfall, hearing loss and etc.The
website aims to provide ease of ordering the healthy and nutritional food at
affordable price.
The website includes every feature which a food ordering website needs like
offers, new deals notifications, Online payment gateway for easy transactions and
much more!
The website has simple but a beautiful UI which attracts the customers. The
website is tuned for the best performance so that even the low-end device can run
the website without any issues or jitters.
The website has been working with compatibility on an y device like android ,
window and ios.

Patidar & managing their time better. It is also found that ease of availability of their
Kanika desired food at any time and at the same time easy access to internet are the
Saini prime reasons for using the services. [1]

batra phone technology is fulfilling and improving business management and
service delivery. Their analysis states that this system is convenient,
effective and easy to use, which is expected to improve the overall
restaurant business in coming times. [3]

shuang changed the business model to grow. Efficient systems can help improve
chi the productivity and profitability of a restaurant. The use of online food
delivery system is believed that it can lead the restaurant’s business grow
from time to time and will help the restaurants to facilitate major business

Expected outcome of the Project

1) Low development cost & maintenance – As it is natively developed for


android platform only, it is affordable by many local restaurants & cafes.
The maintenance cost would be also cheaper.

2) Saves Time and effort - The website makes ordering way quickly than
traditional ways like phone call or text.

3) Provides online payments within the website – The online payment


eases the payment process as many people don’t usually carry money with
them. This is helps in improving customer satisfaction of ordering from
website.

4) Helps business in creating a Brand Image – Creating a brand image


helps a business growing vastly and to expand it. It also attracts new
Customers.
