Balela, Mark Angelo C.

1.What should language teachers realize or consider?

Presentation of idea is vital in the learning process. Teachers must be able to present data in manner in which
students won’t have confusion on which comes first and where it belongs. It is simply done through the use of
top-down or bottom-up approach. It ensures good flow of the lesson and students can learn in a progressive
way. Educators should also consider the number of inputs that they engage to the students. It should be
controlled in a number that the students will be able to store and comprehend at the same time. Try not to
overflow them with inputs so that they will have progression to avoid repetition of lessons that can also be limit
and hinder the lesson, and also consume the time-being that can be used in other tasked.
Teachers should also consider how ideas are presented. Try to present it in in an impactful and interactive way
so that the students can be more attentive and have more learners and the need to engage each and everyone of
their students participation in everyday lesson. Being specific with the lessons means being able to pinpoint the
target outcome to the students. They won’t have to deal with numerous and mixed-up inputs, therefore, learning
flow will be at ease.

2.Suggest particular activities that would incorporate/utilize based on the given areas/points?

Improving information processing is possible if one learn to value his cognitive ability. Maintenance of
mental state is one of the key that I see in order to promote recognition of the student to input gathering. The
following are ways to boost cognitive or mental ability:
Exercise.
Before you start studying or taking an exam, consider starting a brief exercise regimen at home. Jog, ride a bike,
do jumping jacks, push ups, or stroll quickly. Your body is better prepared for higher cognitive performance if
you get your blood flowing.
Make It Relevant.
Always connect what you're attempting to learn with what you already know to put this into practice. Make an
effort to establish ties to your neighborhood and the outside world. Make yourself believe that what you are
studying is fascinating and vital. After that, memorize it in little chunks. Before going on to the next, master the
previous phase. Relate what you've learned to what you already know. You'll always have context for the
following learning step if you do it this way.
Make Your Mind Work.
By taking handwritten notes or even transcribing class notes into your own words, try to promote deeper
thought on your part. Consider switching to a less recognizable font when reading digitally distributed texts in
order to help you concentrate more intently.
Break Up Your Learning.
Set a timer and try to concentrate for 20 minutes straight to practice this at home. Take breaks between study
sessions to treat yourself so that you may approach your job each time with a new perspective.
Know When to Move On.

Always take a break if you notice yourself getting frustrated while working ineffectively or if you
realize that the learning environment isn't suitable. Restart your job with new-found enthusiasm, and if the
challenge still appears insurmountable, be sure to seek assistance as you go.
Meditate.
Spend a little time in meditation before class lectures or readings to help you remember the information
better. Locate a peaceful area where you won't be disturbed. Set a five-minute timer and take a seat comfortably
on the floor or a chair. Focus on your breathing while closing your eyes. Simply acknowledge any further ideas
that arise before gently shifting your focus back to your breathing.
Get a Good Night's Sleep (Yes, Every Night)
Avoid the impact of sleep deprivation by maintaining good sleep consistently. Think of sleep as an
integral part of your overall health and academic performance and prioritize it the same as you would studying,
eating, or attending class.
