Job Description
Decathlon Romania is hiring a Quality Production Leader, full time, for our Timișoara
office.

We are all delighted sports people who have turned our passion into our job, which is to
“make sports accessible for the many”. Decathlon develops, produces and sells
multi-brand sports equipment for in-house brands dedicated to the pleasure and
excitement of sports for all customers, from beginners to professionals.

Your Tasks:

● Lead industrial suppliers to develop and produce safe quality products, within
short lead-times.
● Work as part of a network partnering with supply production leaders, method
engineers and product engineers.
● Manage your project and take decisions
● Share a continuous improvement mindset
● Manage new project development initiatives to target technical requirements
while mastering quality, cost, and lead-time
● Enforce the Decathlon sustainable development standards
● Ensure that our environmental and toxicology rules are respected

Your Personal Characteristics:

● Sports enthusiast
● Curious and handy, likes to carry out an investigation by himself on the field.
● University degree, engineering field is considered a plus
● Energetic, responsible, organized, autonomous
● Team player, willing to share knowledge and grow
● Good English
● Available to travel abroad for work and trainings
● Driver license mandatory
● Computer skills, Excel in particular
