Subject: Reminder on Appropriate Dress Code for Casual Fridays

Dear Colleagues,

I am writing this to remind you how important it is to maintain our professional image on
Casual Fridays. While we all do like the opportunity to dress more comfortably, we have noticed
that some employees have been dressed in ways that don’t fit with our Casual Friday policy.
Please be aware that clients have mentioned concerns about our office’s unprofessional
appearance.
To address this problem, the management has created a dressing guideline that all employees
must follow. Failure to comply will result in employees being asked to leave the office and
dressed appropriately before coming back. Please note that any absence from the office will be
flagged, and such absences will be reviewed at the end of the year. It is important to
understand that Fridays are also working days, and we need to create a professional image for
our clients at all times.
I understand that sticking to dress codes can be sometimes difficult, but it is essential to keep in
mind that we are representing the values of the company and reputation. Together, let’s make
sure that we present ourselves in a professional and respectful manner.
