E- Recruitment

Hello Ladies and Gentlemen. Good evening, I’am Rama, I’am Firhan, I’am Lukman.. We are from HR
Department and Recruitment Division. It’s nice to meet you all. Today, we’re going to inform you about
our new project called E- Recruitment. We can break down into three sections. First, we would like to
talk about the background of the project, Then we will continue with the plan and allocate resources.
The final part will be to explain about the analysis of E-recruitment. And, we are glad to answer your
question at the end of our presentation.

OK, let’s start from the first section. As we know, in this era of globalization, the need for manpower is
increasing, accompanied by improvements in terms of technology. E-Recruitment is an idea and a
solution in the mid of limited time, place and condition that are currently occurring. If the recruitment
process was previously carried out face-to-face, then this E-Recruitment is carried out online until the
candidate is declared to have passed all stages of the recruitment. In addition, E-Recruitment can also
cut costs during the recruitment process.

Second section, E-Recruitment is the process of searching for employee candidates that companies
carry out online using automatic systems and communication platforms such as WhatsApp, Zoom
Meeting, Google Meet, Google Form etc. E-Recruitment aims to provide prospective workers who meet
the requirements according to the company’s strategy, insight, and values in an efficient cost and time
manner. There are some advantages of E-Recruitment, which are going to reduce recruitment time and
in case can also minimizing meetings during a pandemic, save cost, reach a wider audience, increase
recruiting efficiency, improve communication, and bring in more job applicants.

Flow of the E-Recruitment are going to the user fills out the form, The form that approved will provide
vacancy information to external users using online media platforms, for example such as: Facebook,
Instagram, Telegram, the vacancy contains the requirements and directs the candidate to the company’s
career website, the applicant choose the position and completes the requirements file then upload it,
the system will automatically check whether the document complies with the requirements, the
applications that pass will proceed to the HR Interview step and those that fail will be stored in the
database, interview and psychological tests are carried out online especially for outsider, then for user
interview there will be optional whether online or not, after that it will adjust to the position applied for
until the step of offering letter.

Last section, analysis of E-Recruitment are going to strenght: cost efficiency (specially for long term
uses), effective time and place, organized data storage because it use the system, weakness: at the
beginning of making the system it might cost a lot, signal limitations for satellite city, it takes time for
some people to understand the digital world, opportunity: easy for branding, the company will be
known as a futuristic with using technology as added value for client.

In brief, our project will be very helpful in the candidate search process to fulfill clients quickly and
precisely. We hope this project will have a significant impact on this company, because we must always
move forward and don’t be afraid to try something new. Now, if you have any questions, we would be
