 My name is Hoang Anh Tuyết – the last member of
group eight and here I would like to present the content
of my presentation: The toughest round "Section of
target examination ”
 “ The way to Olympia” – Giving wings to the dreams of
the young generation. This is the message we want to
convey through this presentation. THANK YOU FOR
TAKING TIME OUT TO LISTEN TO our
PRESENTATION.
1. This is the final round and the most important round,
because after this round the winner will be
determined.dəˈtərmənd
2. Each contestant has a main turn in the middle of the
stage and chooses a question package. The contestant
bets points for 3 questions that they will answer (with
one of two levels being 20 points or 30 points for each
question) in their question package.
 The order of participation in the Finish round of the
contestants is determined as follows: The contestant
with the highest total score after 3 rounds (and has the
smallest order number in the contestants with the same
score) will compete first. After the first contestant
completes their round, the contestant with the highest
score among the remaining contestants (and has the
smallest order number in the contestants with the same
score) will be called next, and so on until the last
contestant.
3. The types of questions used in this round include:
Questions read directly by MC, advisoryədˈvīzərē
board or guest for contestants: Contestants listen
and answer questions.
Questions in tape: Includes questions in English
and questions from Olympia reporters. Contestants
need to watch the tape carefully because it will only
play once and the question only appears at the end
of the tape, the content of the question is simply
written as “Please answer the following question in
English.” or “Please answer the question from
Olympia reporters.”
Practice questions: MC, advisory board or guest
will introduce tools related to practice questions
given to contestants. In one program, there is a
maximum of one practice question.
4. The time to answer a 20-point question is 15 seconds, a
30-point question is 20 seconds. Contestants are allowed
to give multiple ˈməltəpəl different answers
continuouslykənˈtinyo͝oəslē, but only the last answer (no
more answers until time runs out) is recorded.
5. For practice questions, the time to answer questions (15
seconds for 20-point questions and 20 seconds for 30-point
questions) will correspond ˌkôrəˈspändto thinking time
and then contestants will have 30 seconds (20-point
questions) or 60 seconds (30-point questions) to perform.
 If the candidate ˈkandiˌdātanswers correctly or
practices satisfactorily, the score of the question will
be scored.
 If the contestant answers incorrectly, has no answers
or practices are not satisfactoryˌsadisˈfakt(ə)rəlē, the
remaining contestants have 5 seconds to win the right
to answer by pressing the button. The contestant who
 wins the right to answer has 3 seconds of thinking and
the program will only count the first answer. For
practice questions, candidates who press the button will
have 20 seconds (20-point questions) or 40 seconds (30-
point questions) to perform. If the correct answer or
satisfactory practice will earn that question point
from the candidate who is taking the test, incorrect
answer or unsatisfactory practice will be deducted
half of the question score.
6. Candidates have the right to place a hope star on any of
the selected questions, prior to knowing the content of
the question.
 Answering correctly or practicing satisfactorily adds
up to double the number of points of the question.
 Incorrect answers or unsatisfactory practice will be
deducted the correct number of points from the
question.
7. The maximum score of the round is 390 points
8. The maximum total score during the program is 970
points (if all questions are answered correctly during the
game).
