Company with Colombian roots, founded in Ibagué in 2007 on January 14, by family legacy
JAVIER STEVEN AVILA begins his experience in architecture of aluminum, glass, steel and
different construction materials that allows us to be innovating in the architectural market and
work and residential interior design.

CONSTRUSER S.A.S. He greets you cordially and is pleased to make his products and
services available to you.

We are a company with an important track record in construction and residential and work
interior design with high quality standards, and with excellent service and customer care,
principles that have allowed us to obtain recognition in the market.

We have a highly qualified work team specialized in the following functions:

Manager: He is in charge of planning, organizing, directing, controlling and coordinating the

entire commercial system. He works from 8 am to 4 pm.

Construction manager: Manages the resources and materials necessary for the execution of the
works, Works from 8 am to 2 pm

Architect: He is responsible for designing, planning and supervising the construction of a

house or a reform, He meets a schedule from 7am to 5pm

Financial administrator: He is in charge of analyzing and directing the entire financial part of
the organization, guaranteeing its good performance. He works from 8 am to 5 pm.

Topographer: He is in charge of measuring the plots and making a layout of the house, checks
the status of the work and makes plans of the land, He fulfills a schedule from 8 am to 11 am

Bricklayer: His main function is the restoration of houses, he surveys walls and walls, places
doors and windows, among other functions, He fulfills a schedule from 7am to 4pm

Welder: He is in charge of welding the steel or metallic pieces that are necessary in the project
of the work, He fulfills a schedule from 8 am to 3 pm

Human resources: They are in charge of ensuring the proper functioning of the staff, ensuring
a good working environment, satisfaction and well-being of themselves. They work from 8 am to
5 pm.
