The figure shown above is the research paradigm. The variables in the
input includes the demographic profile of the financial management students of
Rizal Technological University and the online survey questionnaire. For the
process, the researcher will be doing the distribution and assessment of online
survey questionnaire. The output of this research will be the impact of online
classes to the students behavior. And for the output, teaching strategies and
approaches to use for online learning.
The result of this study will serve as the basis in the online learning of
students and teachers specifically to the learning strategies and approaches to
use that greatly influenced students behavior.
