QUOTATION FOR LITTORAL MISSION SHIP (LMS) WARRANTY WORKS FROM

1 OCTOBER 2022 UNTIL 31 JANUARY 2023

Reference:

A. Email from Mr. Huang Lijie from Wuchang Shipbuilding Industry Group Co.
Ltd (“WSIG”) dated 13 January 2023 at 10:31AM.

1. Further to the above matter, we are pleased to submit our Quotation for
the LMS warranty works from 1 October 2022 until 31 January 2023.

2. The Quotation for the abovementioned services shall be United States

Dollars Forty Four Thousand Five Hundred Ninety Four and Seventy Five
Cents Only (USD44,594.75) which is the amount equivalent to RM192,850.00 at
the exchange rate of RM4.3245 to USD1. The price is based on monthly staff
costs, administrative and overhead costs. The detailed price breakdown is
summarized as follows:
