    Subject: Dear Miss Adams,

    I am writing to you in hopes of learning more about the flat you are selling.

    The number of rooms in the flat is not included in the description. How many are there, exactly? I work
    from home for a large company therefore I require space for an office. If there are more than two
    rooms, what are their measurements?

    I am also confused about the restrooms. Is there any chance there would be two separate bathrooms?
    Do the washing machines have their own area, too?

    The description does mention a standard-sized kitchen and pantry. I would like to know if the oven and
    stove function properly. If not, I would like to discuss the matter in person, therefore I would not need
    to be worried about them in the future.

    Aside from all my questions, the apartment looks great. If you could respond as soon as you can, it
    would be really appreciated.
