PROJECT PROPOSAL

I-PROGRAM TITLE:
IN- SERVICE TRAINING ON THE CONSOLIDATED RESULTS OF AUTOMATED PERFORMANCE
ASSESSMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM ( APAMS) BASED AND LERANING DEVELOPMENT
NEEDS FOR SCHOOL YEAR 2022-2023
II-BACKGROUND AND RATIONALE:
DepEd Order No.004 s.2022 aims to have quality teaching as vital to the attainment
of desired learning outcomes. The Department remains steadfast in the efforts to anchor its
human resource systems and actions on well-defined professional standards for teacher
quality.
Philippine Professional Standards for Teachers mandates that all performance
appraisals for teachers shall be based on this set of standards.
With the implementation of the Basic Education Learning Continuity Plan the
sudden shift from face to face to remote learning and now the gradual implementation of
the limited face to face classes, the tools, forms, and protocols stipulated herein are
developed and modified to ensure that the measures of performance this school year are
appropriate, adaptive, and relevant to capture teachers’ actual performance in the context
of the pandemic.
To respond to this mandate, the teaching and non-teaching of Buyo Integrated
School plans to conduct an In-Service Training in order for us to become aware and fully
understand the implementation and guidelines of this DepEd order.

III- OBJECTIVES:
At the end of the training participants shall have;
1. COVID-19 responsive RPMS while upholding quality teaching using the professional
standards.
2. Understood the performance objectives and indicators to be used in SY 2021-2022.
3. Determined the acceptable means of verification ( MOV) for each indicator.
4. Understood the additional guidelines provided to clarify specific operational
concerns in the assessment of performance of teacher-broadcasters.
5. Acquainted with the different forms and tools to be used.
