ACTION LEARNING EXERCISE 9.1


1. Identify specific real-life and FACTUAL scenario in which the Philippine leaders (e.g., president, senators, or any
government official) shows the following power:
a. Reward power
b. Coercive power
c. Legitimate power
d. Expert power
e. Referent power
Example: Reward power - President Duterte rewards those who can invent a cure for COVID-19. (Do not use this example)

Requirement:
Please provide a brief background of the identified leader and discuss how the leader portrays their power. Please note
that you can no longer assign the leader to another authority once the leader has been placed. All information taken from
the internet must be cited accordingly. You may use photo/s to support your discussion.

2. All members must identify two influential leaders. Present their leadership profile, discuss their leadership characteristics/traits,
and provide insights on their leadership style. You may use photo/s to support your discussion. Please take note that no
member should have the same identified leader.

All members must come up with their leadership assessment.

the “Calculate My Total” button and answer the following questions.
1. How much is your score and what is the interpretation?
2. What could you do to improve your leadership style?

Deadline for Submission will be on or before 11:59 P.M. of Wednesday, April 26, 2023.
