Evaluation and Certificate Report for Practical Training

Dear Employer,

We thank you for providing the opportunity for Practical Training to our student at your
organization.

As you are aware that the 16 weeks Practical Training is a requirement for the completion of
B.Arch. Degree Programme, we require your brief assessment of the student’s performance
during the period of practical training in your esteemed organization.

We shall be highly obliged, if you fill-up the form given and assess the performance of the
student by marking out of maximum 100 marks during his/ her weeks practical training.
This will enable us to complete the required academic/ records for the student.
