The three significant learning's that I have learned from the video Quadragesimo Anno include: 

 Quadragesimo Anno was published on May 15, 1931, by Pope Pius XI forty years after
the publication of Rerum Novarum

 This encyclical is a commemorate the fortieth anniversary of Rerum Novarom

 This encyclical is a response to the concentration of wealth and power in the

socioeconomic realm

2. Explain how Pope Pius XI responded to the alarming concentration of wealth and
power in the socio-economic realm.

It upholds work's dignity, the right to private property, and the ability to organize and join
professional groups. Pius XI urges for the restoration of a social order founded on the concept of
subsidiarity in response to the worrying concentration of money and power in the socio-
economic world.
