NARRATIVE REPORT ON OPLAN KALUSUGAN (OK) SA DEPED ONE HEALTH

WEEK CELEBRATION FOR SY 2022- 2023

Health is wealth. Truly, everything is nothing without health. When someone is

healthy and free from any sickness, then that someone possesses a wealth.

In relation to division Memorandum No. 15 series of 2023 Tubod Elementary

School Celebrated the One Health Week on January 30 to February 3, 2023 with the theme:
“Pinalakas na Kalusugan sa Deped, Pinalakas na Healthy Institution sa Deped.”

On the first day of celebration January 30, 2023, the school Ok sa Deped focal person
together with the school head initiated the short orientation on One Health Week Orientation.
Followed by the school Wins activities; Orientation of the importance of Wash in School
(WinS) and Synchronized handwashing & tooth brushing activities.

January 31, 2023, second day, the school conducted orientation on SBFP, followed by
giving of hot meals to k to 6 learners and malunggay tree planting activity.

February 1, 2023, day 3, the school NDEP coordinator conducted a Drug & Tobacco
Awareness Symposium & Film showing on drug addiction prevention, followed by a basic
medical services given by the school nurse to all learners and school personnel.

February 2, day 4, the school ARH focal person conducted a Reproductive Health
Awareness Symposium.

February 3 2023, day 5 and the last day of celebration the school mental health
coordinator successfully conducted the following activities: Short Orientation on Mental Health,
Games, and Dancing.
The five-day -activities was very successful through the efforts of the teachers and school
head.
