1. Account got locked on adpass and when I am unlocking it , access denied is popped
up. - Better mail to LTI IT support they could help. (Resolved)

2. Need a list of things to be completed with tentative deadlines.

- 1. Adpass and outlook mail setup.
- 2. Ssc website (add bank details in payroll, ….) > still there is something to do.
(“Anyone suggest what to do”).
- 3. Icore website (add dependent details in ur profile by searching your UID in
search box and scroll down)
- 4.Fill Timesheet (“Anyone suggest how to do”)

trying to access Itime a pop up is displayed asking asset status and after selecting NO it
alerts as Invalid Authentication and it redirects to a blank page instead of a set of options
given to others and due to this timesheet is not accessible (“Anyone suggest what to do”).

4. The email id in ssc portal is different from the one sent to us by lti system
For eg: in ssc portal
Email id:Firstname.Lastname.sixdigitno@lntinfotech.com
And sent to us by lti system is:
Email id:Firstname.Lastname@lntinfotech.com
The form is saved and submitted therefore we are not able to change the mail.

==> Actually I am able to change the mail id mentioned in the PF form

5. Not receiving otp in adpass even though number provided properly

6. Getting below error while submitting address and email-id in ssc profile.
7. SSC portal is not accepting IFSC . It says “code is not available in Bank master”. Who
should I contact.

8. What is the deadline to fill bank details in SSC portal? It was mentioned that the SSC
portal allows updation only from 2nd to 22nd of a month in the presentation. Is it not
possible to access it from 23rd?

9.Failed to reset password is popping up while changing it through adpass.

10. In form 11 email id section which email is required to be filled(personal or the new
email which was allocated )?

11.Unable to change the password on adpaas, it is giving error Access denied due to
insufficient license. Please contact your administrator.

12. Sir, what is the deadline to enter bank details? As my bank is taking more time than
expected to open my salary account.Also what is the deadline to fill form 11, PF
nomination and gratuity nominatiom form

14. Is it compulsory to complete greymatter resume to access timesheets?

==> I think yes because , after filling the greymatter resume yesterday , i got the access
to itime after 1 Hr.
15. What mail id should we mention in the form 11? Personal mail id or lti mail id?

16. In SSC portal, my location is given as VASHI. But I’ve got a mail that my location is
CHENNAI. Which is correct?

17. In Form 11 , In doc to be uploaded part , they are asking for universal account number
(UAN) proof . I don’t have UAN ? I only have my PAN ? So what needs to uploaded
there?

How to cancel the uploaded form 11?

While login through the itime portal , it is asking for microsoft authenticator . does
anyone know how to do that ?
