Guidelines for School and Community Partners

Hello, Partners and GGT Champions!

How are you GGT Survivors? It was totally an exciting meeting we had last April 23, 2023 during our Girls Got This
Quarterly Meeting on Survival Training and Nature Appreciation. Now, we will embark to another meeting this May with
the theme: Hike for a Cause: A Tree Planting Activity, and the 7 Environmental Principles Awareness.. Your presence on
May 20, 2023 will surely be a meaningful and impactful gathering. That said, allow us to walk you through the reminders
to maximize your learning and sharing experience. Please see them below:

TRAVEL ADVISORY
⮚ Participants must arrange their own travel itinerary. Their TRAVEL EXPENSES will serve as their counterpart.

⮚ You are expected to arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes before the start of the event (6:00AM). The meeting
point will be in Naga City Hall.

COVID PROTOCOL Reminders


⮚ Please follow basic COVID-19 protocols such as: mandatory wearing of masks all the time (except when eating or
drinking), practicing social distancing, observance of coughing and sneezing etiquette. Alcohol and masks will be
provided at the venue but it is also advised that you bring your own facemasks. Bring at least two (2) facemasks
on that day.
⮚ Temperature checks and sanitation will be done upon entering the park to ensure the safety of everyone.

⮚ Always carry your valid ID’s and vaccination cards, in case of random checks.

MEALS AND VENUE GUIDELINES


⮚ You are expected to arrive at the venue at 6:00AM. Please bring your parent’s consent and medical certificate.

⮚ Lunch and snacks will be served during the event.

⮚ Ensure that the given names are exactly the same person who will attend the gathering, and part of the Girls Got
This Circle. Always channel concerns to the assigned Project Staff:

Please do not forget to bring the following items to the gathering:

⮚ Extra T-Shirt

⮚ Face masks

⮚ Face Towel and Towel / Handkerchief


⮚ Vaccination Card

⮚ Identification Card (ID)

⮚ Ballpen

⮚ Water and/or Water Bottle

⮚ Sunscreen Lotion

⮚ Cap / Arm Sleeve (if available) / Sunglasses

HOUSE RULES
⮚ Wear your casual and comfortable clothes during the session. Do not wear revealing clothes (see-through tops,
and crop tops) and short shorts.
⮚ Wear rubber shoes or closed-shoes. Do not wear heels (stiletto, wedge, others).

⮚ Attend the session on time and be participative.

⮚ Cellphones are not allowed during sessions. Before the start of the session, it will be turned over to the adult
companions.
⮚ Be responsible for your belongings.

⮚ The Buddy System should be observed. NEVER WANDER or WALK alone in the area.

⮚ Always ask permission from your adult companion and facilitators in case you need to go somewhere or do
something during the event.
