Prime Dishwashing Liquid is a licensed start-up dishwashing liquid production business

located in Banaba West, Batangas City. We are in the dishwashing making line of
business to produce liquid in commercial quantities. We are also in business
to make profits at the same time give our customers quality yet affordable
product. We would like to be the prime choice of every household in the
community. We can aide every household in the community on reducing their
expenses in buying dishwashing liquid. We also commit that our product is
not harmful to the environment and it is gentle on the skin as well. As we are
offering a value for money product, our product will be marketed through
customer`s word of mouth. As there is a current economic crisis, it would be
a great opportunity to play in the competition arena as we will be offering
prime product at a pocket friendly price. We will have a wide market for our
product as liquid soap is one of the in-demand household product in every
home.
Major Purpose of the business

The objective of the business is to provide affordable dishwashing liquid at a prime

quality. We also aim to become profitable and become one of the major player in the
market as we see that every household is a potential market.

Description of the Business

The name of the business formulated from the desire of the owners to procreate a
premium dishwashing liquid so, Prime Dishwashing Liquid was created. From the name
itself, it connotes quality but assuring the market that it is pocket-friendly. The business
is a partnership type business. We will be producing dishwashing liquid and will
welcome distributors. Every product will be labeled and patented as Prime Dishwashing
Liquid.

Organizational Plan

Prime Dishwashing Liquid will be managed by five (5) owners with different function in
the business. There would be general manager, operation manager, financial manager,
marketing manager and logistics manager. We will hire six (6) personnel, who will work
in the production, packaging, distribution and finance. The owners will be helping as
well to reduce the labor cost. The target opening date is on May 8, 2023.

Production Plan

We will be producing our product in Banaba West, Batangas City as one of the owners
has a vacant lot that we can use for free. The area has been surveyed and it was a
perfect location for production. There will be a safe room to store our chemicals. Prior to
production, we will get the permit to operate and produce dishwashing liquid in the
mentioned location. We will start to produce 500 pcs of dishwashing liquid and we will
be giving away some samples to try our product as part of our marketing strategy.
