I. Objectives
At the end of the lesson students should be able to:
K- Recall what is thought-provoking question;
S- Perform a panel discussion;
A-Value the importance of thought-provoking questions.

Very good now, do you have your assignments with you?
Again, what are the steps in making a thought-provoking questions?
Before we start our panel discussion let us first have a warm up activity.
Motivation:
Directions: The class will be divided into two groups and each group will have a five
representative to play in front, the representative will be the player and the rest will be the
one to guess.
B. Presentation
Group Activity
Directions: With the same group choose a leader to choose and toss coin to be the one to
pick a topic first. The group will have a five representative to perform a panel discussion.
The audience should prepare a question to ask the panelist related to the topic.

Directions: Match the challenging questions from Set A to the possible answers in Set B.
Write your correct answer on your formative notebook.

1. Why are women more likely to get depression? A. No. Lack of sleep alone cannot
cause depression, but it does play a
