What is the secret to staying healthy?

I cannot remember the first time I started making exercise, but only the amazing benefits
it has given me. It goes from staying positive and confident with myself, to being
organized and mentaly clear, and also the many friends that came from that. But what is
the best way to stay healthy?

First of all, I believe from my experience that is finding a sport that you really enjoy
doing. It doesn’t matter if it is in a group or alone, but the goal is to find a reason to
always go back every day and it should never feel like a duty.

Secondly, try to create a sense of community, and this is key keep doing it every day,
even when you are tired from work. The objective is to create friends from that activity
so then you have somebody to share your knowledge and interest. Then, I firmly believe
will make the sport more pleasant and funny.

In the end, I believe that the key to staying healthy is to find something that we really
enjoy and that makes us want to go back every day.
