What are the things needed or the things should do by an exerciser during holiday

season?

If you are an exerciser you should be consistent for you to be strong and be physically
and mentally fit. Keep working out and training it is really important that you keep on training or
visiting the gym during holiday season. And make sure to maintain the right mindset so you will
be motivated or will not be lazy. Always make a plan or a schedule so there’s no conflict or you
can train freely and accordingly to you set plan or schedule of training. Also make sure you eat
first before heading out.

What are your difficulties in exercises?

I think the first thing or word that comes to my mind is being lazy or unmotivated. No
matter how much you want or how badly you want to train when your mindset is not right
nothing will be done. And the other thing is when working out alone. For me, I get more
motivated when I am with my friend/s or someone else while working out. Because you are
happy or enjoying yourself with them while doing training or working out.
