The unit is fully furnished and has the necessary equipment and appliances.

The
monthly rent covers the basic utilities (Gas, Heat, Water, Electricity, Trash,
Cable and Internet (WiFi).

If you care about security, this unit is an ideal choice. The building is located
in a very peaceful neighborhood with great maintenance policy. The apartment
building is close to public transportation, food markets, grocery stores, coffee
shops, bars and restaurants etc.

There are no strict policies regarding pets in the apartment but I'd prefer not
more than two dogs/cats. Family, friends and colleagues are welcome to visit. I
left the pots and dishes over and replaced the towels with new sets and bed sheets.

The monthly rent is $2400 with a security deposit of $2000 which is payable to the
landlord to seal the lease and confirm your move in date. Security deposit is
refundable in full at the end of the lease period if there is little or no damages
recorded in the unit on your departure date.
