* CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES TO YOUR BOOKING. If you need to cancel your booking or make changes to it in any way then please tell me as soon as possible. I will proportionately refund any monies paid to me before any cancellation only if the period concerned re-books in full or in part. The same applies to shortened bookings. ** DAMAGE/SECURITY DEPOSIT. This must be received within 5 days of your arrival. It is refundable in full within 14 days of your departure provided that the following provisions are met:

No damage is done to the property or its contents beyond normal wear and tear. If any damage has occurred then please inform me straight away so that I can endeavour to replace/mend the item before the next guests arrive. All rubbish is bagged up securely and dirty crockery is washed by hand or dishwasher. Keys are left in the key box or handed to me. A charge of 50 is levied for any lost keys. No linens are lost or damaged. Damage includes stains that cant be removed by pretreating and machine washing. Particular culprits for this are suntan oil (lotion usually comes out fine) and stains caused by colour transfer when wet fabrics contact with each other.

INCLUSIVE FEES Rental fees include:

Linen and towels for all guests. Towels provided will be one hand towel, one bath/shower towel and one pool towel per guest plus hand and tea towels for the kitchen and a hand towel for the upstairs lavatory. Linen will be changed once each week or roughly in the middle of your stay for guests who holiday for longer than 9 days. If you require your linen to be changed more frequently than this a charge of 10/12 per guest will be due for any additional changes. A part-clean with each linen change. Initial supplies of toilet paper and hand soap. Pool heating between November 1st and April 30th. If the heating is required outside of these dates then a charge of 40 or 50 per week will be made. Cot/high chair if needed. Mobile internet access up to 250Mgb of download. Any additional download is charged at 4 per extra 100Mgb.

OTHER

If an equipment malfunction or any other similar problem occurs during your stay I will do my utmost to sort it out in the shortest possible time. Guests need to make me aware of any such circumstances as soon as possible please. Even if what has gone wrong is not of huge importance to you it may be to the next guests and I need time to sort it out. In the unlikely event of the villa becoming uninhabitable during your stay or not being available for your booking a full refund will be given of any monies paid. I regret that I am unable to offer further compensation in these circumstances. If guests choose to leave of their own volition or under subjective circumstances then no refund will be forthcoming. Likewise if guests cannot arrive for their holiday because of an airline strike or an Act of God I wont be able to refund any payments made. I advise guests to take out travel insurance before their trip.
