Harda Pathways Private Limited BC Mix Design

SYNOPSIS

Objective of the Mix Design is to find out the Optimum Bitumen Content of
the Bituminous concrete to be used in the Project.

The aggregate source of Dhanwada source HM Plant Stockyard and the

CRMB-60 Bitumen source of IOCL have been used for the Mix Design.

The Gradation of the Mix Design has been carried out by using Table 500-
17 (Grading 1) of MORTH V Specifications. The Mix Design has been
carried out using Marshall Method of Mix Design as stated in Asphalt
Institute Manual Series-2

The Bitumen Content ------ % is achieved as Optimum Bitumen Content.
