1. How important it is to know the heart rate during exercise?

ANSWER:

It is important to know the heart rate during exercise, first is to determine that
if it is overdue doing physical activity or it is normal. By knowing the heart rate to
indicate how hard we are doing exercise, and by tracking the heart rate when we
are exercising we can learn how our body responds or the effective of it to different
types of physical activity that achieve our fitness goal. Also to determine the safety of
working out too high of an intensity that can be dangerous. Knowing the heart rate
during exercising can be the important to us to ensure the safety and the
improvement of the performance you do.

2. Do you get dehydrated when engaged in outdoor activities like mountaineering? Explain…

ANSWER:

Yes, I get dehydrated when engaging in outdoor activities like mountaineering as


based on my experience last December 2022, we are doing hiking like 1200 steps higher
altitudes at Cagdianao Red Mountain, I have not enough water, in the middle of our hiking I
feel dizzy, dehydrated and much sweating it is because my body loses water through
sweating and the impact of the heat so I become dehydrated. That’s when we are doing or
go mountaineering we should have a enough carrying water bottles to drink to stay hydrated.
