DISCUSSION

A) Which of the following HRF components you need to develop?


B) After answering the following questions in the PAR-Q Test, did you able to assess your health
status.
C) Those who found themselves unfit to perform strenous physical activity, kindly consult a
physician and submit a medical certificate.

ANSWER:

1. Because I am not a person who really exercises daily or even did in the past years, I think
that I need to develop or improve all the components in Health-Related Fitness. Most
particularly in Cardio-respiratory endurance, because in my experience I’m the type of
person who gets tired easily.As Cardiovascular endurance is the ability of the heart and
lungs to work together to provide the needed oxygen and fuel to the body during
sustained workloads I would need to try exercises likejogging, cycling and swimming. 

2. Yes I was able to asses my health status, reading all the survey questions ,made me
realize that there were a couple of times , when I lost consciousness, and while doing
physical activities , I feel a constriction at my chest when resting from that activity I’m
doing. This made me think that maybe they are related or Its really just because I don’t
exercise at all and that’s why I feel different when doing them , although when I lost
consciousness at those times its because of crowded and little ventilation places.
