    Subject: The Space Bus

    Dear Madam/Sir,

    I am writing with regard to your advertisement for “The Space Bus” tour around the
    world, which I saw on the website “the daily News” on the 2 nd of February. I am very
    interested in a trip. However, I would like some more information first.

    I would be grateful if you could let me know the exact cost of the 6-hour trip during
    the weekend during summer, including transportation and accommodation, for one
    adult and two children (aged twelve and fourteen). Besides that, I would also like to
    know, if there are any seats available at Saturday 24 th July?

    Secondly, I wonder if you could send me further information about the facilities which
    are available in the space bus. My son would particularly like to know whether there
    is a buffet or a snack bar.

    Could you also confirm that we will not require either injections or passports?
