DETECTION OF PESTS:
TETRANYCHUS URTICAE KOCH
(spider mite) IN FRAGARIA
(strawberry)
According to the study of Faroden, et
al., 2016, there were a total of
eight arthropods identified and
collected on strawberry.

Autonomous Drone Delivery System using GPS

The traffic congestion is now a problem

specially to urban areas; drone method of
delivering is seen to be a solution to this
problem. As time passes by the delivery
demand is increasing which may result to
more delivery crew to duty on the road that
can result to add up in traffic.
ATTRIBUTES OF COMPLEX ENGINEERING
PROBLEM
1. DEPTH OF KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
Cannot be resolved without in-depth engineering knowledge

2. EXTENT OF STAKEHOLDER
INVOLVEMENT AND CONFLICTING
REQUIREMENTS
Involve diverse group of stakeholders with widely varying needs.

3. INTERDEPENDENCE
High level problems including many component parts or sub-
problems
FEASIBILITY OF STUDY

Enhance the basic feature of drone

SOLUTION BASE ON RELATED LITERATURE

PROBLEM SOLUTION

(1) high demand of delivery Integration of GPS,

(2) short delivery lead- autonomous mobility of
time, (3) complex traffic drone, and image
congestions [1]; processing

improving the security

and safety issues [2] measure in terms of
encryption

BIOMED
MISDIAGNOSED OF PNEUMONIA AND
ASTHMA

Because the symptoms of pneumonia are so

similar to asthma, misdiagnosis is fairly
common. Misdiagnosis of pneumonia, on the
other hand, can be extremely harmful and
lead to serious complications.
ATTRIBUTES OF COMPLEX ENGINEERING
PROBLEM

1. DEPTH OF KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

2. INTERDEPENDANCE

3. FAMILIARITY OF ISSUES
FEASIBILITY
Biomedical image diagnosis that uses the
techniques of deep learning and computer
vision has proven to be very helpful to
provide a quick and accurate diagnosis
of the disease that matches the accuracy
of a reliable radiologist [1]
