THE YOUNG GENERATION LEADS TO THE LIFE OF GOLD YEAR (2045)

Assalamualaikum Wr.Wb

With all the due the respect to the honorable all the juries, the honorable the audience.

First of all, let us say our praise and gratitude only to Allah SWT due to his grace and blessings upon

us so that on this good occasion we all can sill gather in this place in the best of our health. Shalawat

and Salam to our Prophet Muhammad SAW who has guided us from the darkness to the lightness in

this world as well as in the next world.

Standing in front of you all, I would like to present my speech under the title “The young generation

leads to the life of Gold Year”.

Ladies and gentlemen,

Indonesia, as we know is a country that has been developing from bad history. History gives a very

big effect in the globalization. Especially to the youth, youth is a figure that always bring alterations.

Alteration in life order of some era is quite influenced by the the role of youth. In 1982, youths

gathered altogether and then took the pledge in order to tighten the unity of Indonesia. This Pledge

as known as Youth Pledge. All youths from all over Indonesia from various ethnics, cultures,

languages, and regions for retaking the independence of nation together.

Understanding for the Youth Pledge is needed to the youth for making move to lead the life of gold

year. Now, I am here as one of the young generations takes this opportunity to say to all friends or

to all the young generation in this place that we are going to be a leader in the Gold Year. Let us ask

ourselves. Are we good enough to be a leader in that gold year? Or what do we have to prepare to

that gold year?. The answers is “ yes, we are”. As long as we know who we are and what

responsibility that we have. As long as you follow your big dream, you do your best to reach that

dream by learning, learning and never stop learning, you are still good enough to lead a Gold year.
We as the young generation should have a big trust to our ability to make Indonesia be better and

better. A youth should go on with positive alterations day by day in his or her life. Use our youth

times in good ways.

That’s all I could say. I wish the youth will be preparing themselves to be the leader in the Gold Year.
