The recruitment process ends with getting the candidates' resumes,


and then the selection process starts, which is to find the best right
person for a current or future job opening.

• The standards that should be applied in the selection process to


ensure fairness and equality for all candidates, in addition to ensure
the selection of the real best right person for the job opening.

• Job analysis and job description serve as criteria for the selection
(education level, skills and abilities, technical experience,...)

saving in reviewing a large volume of candidates’ resumes.
• Whereas cons include false positive and negative.
