    Task 1: Social network conversation

    You are a member of the EEN community service club. You are talking to Kevin in the
    club chat room. Talk to Kevin using complete sentences.

    Write 30 words per answer in the boxes on the answer sheet.

    Kevin: Hello, I see you’re new to our club. I’ve been a member for nearly a year now.
    Why did you decide to join?

     I heard that this club has many community activities and I'm interested in it. I
    would like to join because it would help me to provide my experience and
    knowledge for myself.  

    Kevin: What do you enjoy about helping your community?

    I enjoy helping the community, but It would be great if we have activities about charity or
    protecting the environment. Both of that things are really important because not only for
    community, is about for our future.

     
    Kevin: Apparently the club is going to start posting members’ community service
    contributions on the website. What do you think of this idea?

     Well, because we are doing good things for our community. This idea is very
    nice, we can share our actions to more people, share the meaning about what
    we are doing so that more people outside the world can support us or at least
    remind them to always do the good things. 

    Task 2A
     Dear Kjmn,
    I’m a member of the club. I have heard about notification of a few changes about fees and
    maintenance of the club. First of all, I hope that the maintenance of the club won’t be
    long so we can come back as soon as we can to practice and I would love to see our
    sports club upgrade would be better than before. But there is one things I don’t really
    understand in your notification that the fees is increase to 15%, I think we should
    discuss about this problem with our member before we decide to deal that fees because
    it’s about money, some member just because increase fees might makes them hard to
    participates than before. Hopefully we will soon have a meeting to talk about this.
