PERSONAL VALUE CARD OF MY BEHAVIOR CHANGE

The Personal Values Card is intended to help me to clarify my own central


values on behavior change and consider how the values might reflect the
behavior change in my daily lives. It’s also provides me with an
experiential way to discover what is truly important to me. I have to
sort the value cards on how important each value is related to my behavior
change.

10 VALUES THAT IMPORTANT TO ME

Family values are beliefs, ethics, priorities, and worldviews shared


by each family member. Related to my behavior that I want to
change, the support of the family members are really make me
believe that I can make a changes. Besides that, families also help
me to cope with difficult challenges and determine right from wrong
in complex situations.

When my health are stable, it will make me feeling better


mentally. With the regular exercise and my hard work in changing
my lifestyle, it can lift my mood and help me to feel better.
HEALTH Besides that, it will save my money because I will not bother
eating junk food, drinking sugary drinks or saving so much on
buying cakes also are all expensive habits. At the end, it will fewer
my health problems. I will living a healthier lifestyle means a lower
risk of developing many pproblems.

A hard work means that I have to show up early, do my work on


my things related to my behavior change, and go a little above
HARD and beyond to stand out. My hard work is reliable and
WORK dependable. I need to be a manager to supervise and encourage
myself to make sure my plan is success. I don’t just dream of
success, while others wake up and work hard at it.

To be gratitude is not only the greatest of virtues, but for me, that
is the parent of all the others. I feel blessed about how my life
created. I really appreciated the way thay Allah created my life
GRATITUDE journey. I shouldn’t be Ingratitude because for me that is an
abomination. Gratitude is conceptualized as a moral affect that is
analogous to other moral emotions such as empathy and guilt.
I am truly accept myself as it are right now. In my daily life, I am a

SELF simple person. Just a simple appearance and accept what are
going to be happen. I am not a type of person that changes away
ACCEPTANCE from becoming an “acceptable” version of myself? Real self-
acceptance is never conditioned upon making changes to who I
am now. In my opinion, self-acceptance has nothing to do with
what I am look like, what I do, or how well I success in do it. It
doesn’t hinge on other people’s opinions of others opinions about
myself, or even on my self-esteem. I believe that self-acceptance
is the ability to accept myself fully and completely, without any
changes, exceptions, or conditions

It represents my spiritual level and purpose in my life. I can see


theconnecting to the divine, transcendence, and inspiration. After
so many things that happened to me, I can say that I still manage
SPIRITUALITY to control my behavior change plan. I also can guide myself to
leved and be loved. At the end point,I will understand and
processin my highest and lowest believes.

I think that mindfulness practices may help me to manage my


stress, cope better with serious illness and reduce a level of
anxiety and depression. Many people who practice mindfulness
MINDFULNESS report an increased ability to relax, a greater enthusiasm for life
and improved self-esteem. According to this magic word, I decide
to take it as my important value and hope it will maintain.I will just
focus on my target at a time, always slow down in my actions that
means no to be rushing in seeing the progress.

I am really committed to the growth of every single things that


happen in my behavior change, not just in words but in deeds
such as broadly available development and advancement. I
GROWTH believe that if I am really do th best for this challenge, it will
succeed and it will make a big changes in my daily routine. But
the most important thing is how happy my body could be because
it is no longer suffer with my attitude of taking sugary food and
drinks.
There are such a lot things that happen in my environment shown
that people with strong self-control have better health,

SELF relationships, finances, and careers. They are also less likely to
have problems with overeating, overspending, procrastination,
CONTROL and unethical behavior. I believe that my self-control doesn't get
distracted easily. This enables me to manage my time and
resources better. I tend to make sustained and focused efforts
toward my goals, which are more likely to result in success

Justice card represents balanced judgment. It can also signify pending


or forthcoming legal issues, such as contracts, agreements, oaths,
vows, or court proceedings. I have to be fair to my body. I cannot
JUSTICE think only about myself. I also about the balancing in my life. It is
all about balance and karma.What you give you get back. If
you've been eating right and working out, you will continue to see
the results of your hard work.
