Session Zero: Begin by hosting a Session Zero with your players.

Discuss expectations, set

campaign boundaries, establish character creation guidelines, and align on the campaign's
themes and tone. This ensures everyone is on the same page and creates a collaborative
atmosphere.

Storytelling: As the Dungeon Master, your role is to weave an engaging narrative. Use
descriptive language to paint vivid scenes, bringing locations, characters, and events to life.
Engage the senses and provide details about sights, sounds, smells, and textures to immerse
your players in the game world.

Session Preparation: Dedicate time to session preparation. Create a loose outline of the
session's events, major NPCs, and encounters. Anticipate player choices but remain flexible
to adapt to their decisions. Prepare visual aids, maps, and handouts to enhance the players'
experience.

Player Engagement: Encourage active player engagement by asking open-ended questions,

giving each player a chance to shine. Foster a collaborative atmosphere where players can
contribute to the narrative, make meaningful decisions, and explore their character's
development.
