13 Clear view between operator and signalman
14 Daily inspection log is available.
15 Condition of hydraulic pipe and is free from oil
spillage
16 Engine without leakage.
17 Condition of guide plate is ok.
18 Cat head and pulleys are in healthy condition.
19 Casing, lugs and helmet casing in good condition
20 Pulling link / cat eye is in good condition
21 Additional safety sling provided at cat eye/pulling

22 Hammer is in good condition with valid test
certificate.
23 Sufficient no of U/dogged clamps fixed properly.
24 Ladders are in healthy condition with alignment and
free from oil/ slippery condition.
25 Pneumatic hose is in healthy condition and
approved in quality.
26 Pneumatic Hose with whip arrestor is available.
27 No unwanted and combustible materials lying in the
operator cabin.
28 Available of Swing alarm with flash light.
29 No loose materials are lying on the rig.
