TRASPORT REQUEST

 Trasport request is nothing but changes in the development system

 It is used when we have to transfer the configuration setting from one
server/client to another server/client
 Server to server transfer process is done by ABAP technical consultant
 Client to client transfer process is done by Functional consultant

Transport request having two types

 Customization request : configuration done by functional consultant

It is client specific so we have to transfer client to client and then server to
server
 Workbench request : configuration done by technical consultant
It is cross client specific so we have transfer configuration only from server
to server.

In below document we can learn how to transfer configuration from one client to
another client which is done by function consultant (MM,SD,FICO,TM)

STEP 5 : COPY TRASPORT REQUEST SCC1

Now I will login into 900 client to copy transport request

I have configured all setting in 000 client so I will put 000 client as a
source client

SERVER TO SERVER TRASFER
For server to server we have to release transport request SE01 and
maintain TR in excel file as a functional consultant and functional
consultant raise the ticket
After approval from program manager, Ticket is send to basis team.
Basis team transfer TR from one server to another server
