Nowadays, fear refers to the feeling of mistrust that something bad can happen.

it is a negative emotion that is constantly in our lives. It is also a defense


mechanism in situations that pose a danger, so in this essay I will give two ways
in which people can overcome their fear.
The first way is face your fears, how will you do this, very easy, first you must
make friends with your fears. Yes, how you hear it. Second prioritize positive
thoughts. You must also be aware of your victories and most importantly laugh
at your fears. it will be easier to start this way.
The second way is talk about it. We must talk to someone to remove that fear.
Talk to someone you trust, not just anyone. Go to a specialist person. Don't
keep anything, it's good to vent.
To conclude, Fears paralyze us and affect all areas of people's lives. There are
people who don't even make decisions because of the fears they feel. I remind
you that fear is a healthy emotion because it alerts us to dangerous situations.
