The Human resource of any organization are the most dynamic and important resources. If
they are to reach their full potential at work, then they required a lot of attention from the
organization’s management. Thus, the problems the problem the management must deal with
are leadership, motivation and ethical behavior. The majority of this concern will be
addressed in this study project. The need for this effective training and development must be
seriously concern because the employee needs to adapt to the new technology due to the
changing nature and business environment brought by new modern technology. This will
result imparting of new skill that each worker will need in order to increase productivity and
performance where there is training and development in any organization.

Without a doubt, the effectiveness of the organizations is influenced by training and

development. It has been discovered by Susanne Tefvelin, Andreas Stenling (2018) that some
of organizations are non- challant to the training, retraining and development of their
employees. Increase in the performance related to any issue arising in all the organizations
have caused problem in the organization that affect the employee as well as the manager and
upper hierarchy. The problem arises due to lack of professional development of employees
with time which caused lack of motivation, leadership and supervision support will gradually
decreases. The problem remains unsolved at the time as they are unable to progress
professionally and improve their skills. So, this study suggests that job redesigning is the best
solution to improve the job performance.

Theoretical framework

We used LGCM to assess changes in supervision support and include an intervention

mediated effect through supervision support on a more distal outcome. Climate for
innovation the increased in supervision support during the intervention period compared to
comparison group. The increased in supervision support in the intervention group was
positively related to an improvement in how creative the climate was positively related to an
improvement in how creative the climate was as perceived by employee.

2
Hypothesis

1) Employee’s perception of supervision support in the intervention group will increase over
time compared to the comparison group.
2) The positive effect of the intervention on climate for innovation will be mediated by
increases in supervision support.

Objectives

• What are the current training and development program of employees in Any
organization for the problem which they face
• Identify the cause of employee’s lack of performance
• To evaluate if there is different in productivity between the trained and untrained
employee.

3
Research questions

1) Did Employee’s perception of supervision support in the intervention group will increase
over time compared to the comparison group?
2) Does the positive effect of the intervention on climate for innovation will be mediated by
increases in supervision support?
