2) CONFESSION OF FAITH AND STATEMENT OF FUTURE VISION

I, Janlex Perry R. Orque a 3rd year Physical Education student is writing to your
good office to impart my gratitude for providing such a glorious years for my
college career.

As a student of PIC, Philippine International College its my duty to fulfill its

mission and vision as they provide me one of the privileged of enjoying a
chemistry of surroundings not just in academics but also in terms of sports.

Furthermore, being a student athlete its my duty to continue and harness my

skills to achieve my limits and become determined to clinch the success of the
team step by step. Collocated to this is the reality that our school are sacred and
practicing divine teachings that helps us to feed our soul.

As a student of this institution its our compassion to maintain our faith and
become motivated to continue the sports that we are pursuing . I am a varsity
player of VOLLEYBALL MENS TEAM and with full pride and faith I will raised the
name of our school because I believe that my faith works because I believe
God’s Word is true.

It comes to pass and He is the rewarder of those who seek Him. I not only hear
the Word, I act on it by faith. I do not doubt, but believe in my heart that I have
what I speak by faith.

3) STATEMENT OF FAMILY ENVIRONMENT

I , Janlex Perry R Orque 21 years old the youngest on the family, my passion is
to play volleyball and to dance . One of the mission I would like to continue is to
clinched being a teacher . My family is not that big but family oriented. My father
is 52 years old and working as a contractual worker , with his devoted love to my
mother which is 49 years old it resulted to 3 children . My elder sister is 26
years old she compromise bravery and cleverness she is the most independent
among the three of us she also works as a contractual worker same with my
father , she already got her family but with that the blood is still thicker like the
umbilical chord is connected. Meanwhile my older brother is 23 who works as a
merchandiser to one of the famous convenient store in town . Despite of being
in this kind of situation as the youngest I want to continue my passion and lift up
my family status to what it has right now . I will succeed while I’m learning how
to be independent and brave as well.

Dean List awardee, He has also a high ceiling when it comes to his potentials as part of
Men’s Volleyball Team. He is friendly and so eager to learn makes him very much
qualified to have this scholarship grant. Lastly He is very active in attending Divine
worship service even in the time of pandemic he actively attend despite of some
