In the exigency of the service, you are hereby designated as the Officer In-Charge
of the school on April 25, 2023 while I am on official travel to SDO, Rodeo Road, Masbate
City.

As such, you are expected to perform the following functions:

 Monitor the attendance of the teachers;

 Monitor the attendance of the students;
 Provide update to the principal;
 Coordinate with the school DRRM Coordinator on matters regarding the
safety of the learners and teachers; and
 Act with urgency on matters relative to the safety of school personnel,
learners, documents and facilities, except for policy making in nature and
on financial aspects of the school.
 Monitor the implement School Infection Control and Containment Strategy
Alert Level 1 with strict compliance to wearing of facemask and observing
physical distancing.
