Blue Starchild
When a starchild becomes a vessel for immense power or
attempts to push its abilities too far, they have the possibility
of becoming a blue starchild. These individuals are renowned
for their immense magical strength, as well as their
dangerous instability when wielding it, and because of their
volatile nature they are much rarer and much more difficult to
find off of their home plane. Their unstable nature makes
them more likely to lean towards chaotic alignments and are
most easily identified by being nearly blinding white and
emitting more light in dark spaces.
  Ability Score Increase. Your Constitution score increases by
1.

air in a 10 feet diameter around your centralized location.

saving throw. If they fail, they take 1d6 fire damage. You
