It is hereby agreed that the above car park bay is rented out on a willing basis at RM100.00 (Ringgit
Malaysia One Hundred Only) per month to be paid Three (3) months in advance totalling to
RM300.00 (Ringgit Malaysia Three Hundred Only) between both parties.

Termination of this Agreement shall be at Two (2) months’ notice in writing by either party. The
owner shall not use the car park bay during the rented period.

I acknowledge receiving Cash RM300.00 on 5 th January 2020 from the above mentioned.
