II. RATIONALE
Cabantian National High School is an institution that looks into the welfare of
the students by providing them with tools and equipment and laboratories that are
conducive for learning. Our Plumbing Laboratory is one avenue of the school where
students learn skills in Plumbing Installation.

However, the Plumbing Laboratory is not yet equipped with tools and
equipment which are in good condition. Some of these tools are already rusty and
some are for repair. Thus, using these tools is considered as hazardous to learners.
Hence, the proponent proposes the purchase of Plumbing tools and equipment for
the Plumbing Laboratory to make the learning process productive and meaningful
for the learners.

III. OBJECTIVES

This project aims:

a. To provide a safe and functional tools and equipment for Plumbing

students.
b. To deliver a productive and meaningful learning through skills
enhancement by improving tools and equipment in the Plumbing
Laboratory.
