Castrol Auto Service x GrabBenefits Contest

(October - December 2022)

Contest duration: 16 October 2022 – 31 December 2022

How to Participate:
Step 1: Download the Castrol Motorist App from the Apple App Store, Google Play
Store or Huawei App Gallery. Click here for more info on the Castrol Motorist
App.
Step 2: Book your next appointment via the service booking feature available on the
Castrol Motorist App.
OR
Proceed to the nearest participating Castrol Auto Service point under the
GrabBenefits program. Please ensure that you submit your service into our
Castrol Motorist App to start collecting Castrol Points.
Step 3: Upon arrival for your service appointment, redeem the service package
discount on GrabBenefits. Should your service not be redeemed via
GrabBenefits, it will not be eligible for this contest.
Contest Mechanics:
1. 10 winners will be selected on a monthly basis. A total of 30 winners will be
selected throughout the duration of the campaign.
2. Winners will receive the prize in the form of Castrol points (worth up to
RM235.20), based on the actual service product of choice and equivalent to the
amount of their current month’s service package.
3. Points will be credited directly into the winners’ Castrol Motorist App account.
4. Each Grab Driver-partner is only eligible to win once throughout the duration of
the campaign.
5. Terms & Conditions on the usage of the Castrol Motorist App apply.
6. Castrol’s decision on point entitlement of the prize(s) is final.
Winning Criteria:
1. Number of Castrol points collected by the Grab Driver-partner (by submitting
service record via the Castrol Motorist App).
2. Highest number of trips completed on Grab each month.
3. In the event of a tie, the Grab Driver-partner with the highest rating will be
selected.
4. In the event the first tiebreaker requirement is still equal, the final criteria for a
tiebreaker will be based on order or redemption of the service package.

Langkah 1: Muat turun Castrol Motorist App dari Apple App Store, Google Play Store
atau Huawei App Gallery. Tekan di sini untuk maklumat lanjut tentang Castrol
Motorist App.
Langkah 2: Buat tempahan temu janji melalui ciri “service booking” yang disediakan di
Castrol Motorist App.
ATAU
Lawati salah satu pusat Castrol Auto Service di bawah program GrabBenefits.
Sila memastikan bahawa anda serah servis anda di dalam Castrol Motorist App
untuk mengumpul Castrol Points.
Langkah 3: Tebus diskaun pakej servis di GrabBenefits apabila anda hadiri untuk temu
janji anda. Sekiranya servis anda tidak ditebus melalui GrabBenefits, ia tidak
akan dikira untuk pertandingan ini.
Terma Pertandingan:
1. 10 pemenang akan dipilih setiap bulan. 30 pemenang akan dipilih sepanjang
tempoh kempen ini.
2. Pemenang akan menerima hadiah dalam bentuk Castrol Points (bernilai
sehingga RM235.20), bergantung kepada produk servis dipilih oleh pemenang
dan nilai bersamaan pakej servis bulan semasa.
3. Mata ganjaran akan dikreditkan terus ke dalam akaun Castrol Motorist
pemenang.
4. Setiap Rakan-Pemandu Grab hanya layak untuk menang sekali sahaja
sepanjang tempoh kempen ini.
5. Tertakluk kepada Terma & Syarat penggunaan Castrol Motorist App.
6. Keputusan Castrol di atas kelayakan hadiah adalah muktamad.
Kriteria Pemenang:
1. Nilai Castrol Points dikumpul oleh Rakan-Grab (melalui serahan rekod servis
dalam Castrol Motorist App).
2. Bilangan tertinggi tempahan Grab dilengkapi setiap bulan.
3. Sekiranya para pemenang dalam kedudukan seri, Rakan-Pemandu dengan
penilaian tertinggi akan dianggap sebagai pemenang.
4. Sekiranya penilaian Rakan-Pemandu juga sama, turutan pesanan atau
penebusan pakej servis akan dipertimbangkan.
