    you the acceptance of your congress.
    I hereby write this letter confirm his attendance to your conference that will be held on 4 and 5
    May. 2023. President will be pleased to grace the occasion. I will come with the President, all
    expenses for the planned trip will be covered by the Court. I would like to know if you could
    offer me transportation service with the President from and to the airport. Kindly send me a
    further information to my email. I would be grateful if you could give me some further details
    bout draft programme.
